The Case di Zenzero style house, which is independent, was built in the early ‘900 and completely renovated in 2018, it really is a gem, a boutique maison that will give you an enveloping environment, a pleasant, relaxing and silent atmosphere of total privacy.
It is conveniently located and a 3-minute walk will take you to Porta Adriana, which will introduce you to the main pedestrian shopping street, to restaurants and mosaics, there you will discover the Mausoleo of Galla Placidia, the National Museum of Ravenna, the Basilica of San Vitale, the Franciscan cloisters, the famous Domus (house) of stone rugs, along with other monuments recognized by UNESCO as a cultural heritage of humanity.
You will easily reach the pedestrian shopping street, restaurants, bars and ice cream shops. The unit consists of a living room with a double sofa bed that overlooks a private internal courtyard, a bathroom and a kitchen on the ground floor and, on the first floor, two double bedrooms, one of them with king size bed and also each with its own separate bathroom. The armored entrance door with electronic locking is protected by an access code, which will be delivered to you upon arrival. The code is changed at the end of each stay.
Within a few minutes walking distance, you will also find some of the best restaurants in Ravenna, such as Il Gallo, Il Rustichello, Pizzeria la Corte, Ai Passatelli.
There is a covered public parking space 2 minutes walking from the house, as well as other parking available in the area.
The house can also be reached by car even if the road that will lead you to the house is in the restricted traffic zone that requires temporary permission which costs 8 Euro per day. The walking distance to the area accessible without permission is about 100/150 meters.
